Welcome to Simple Maths
A good education is vital to a child's future and we should aim to support the different needs of children in ways that enhance their learning if ‘Every Child Matters’.
As a parent, you seek the most productive ways for your child to learn.
We need to know how to turn round performance effectively and quickly since on-going private tuition can be very expensive.
I deliver a catch-up programme (Simple Maths) to students by following the National Curriculum to re-teach the fundamental concepts of Mathematics to bridge the gaps in their learning and help them catch up in class.
My commitment
- I aim to deliver the curriculum in an effective way and focus on areas that most students find difficult.
- I aim to continuously develop the quality of teaching and learning.
- I aim to support the progress of students by applying a variety of effective teaching and learning strategies.
- I aim to help students enjoy learning in school by developing their independence, confidence and increase their self-esteem.
Simple Maths is open to all high school students who are falling behind in Maths. This could be because they have had a difficult start or have gaps in their learning and find it difficult to understand what is being taught in class.
